The U.S. Soccer Federation released its analysis of men's and women's Division I college soccer last week. Their main argument is clear from the report's title: "Ensuring College Soccer Thrives in the Modern Era of College Athletics and the Changing U.S. Soccer Landscape."
2019 CBB Rankings: Week Seventeen
Here at the ICT Zone our rankings are molded after Ric Flair's famous quote, "to be the man, you gotta beat the man." The week's ranking are based solely on the week's results so if a lower ranked team defeats a higher ranked team, the two teams automatically swap rankings.
Last week Harvard was at number one and that continues as they registered an undefeated week. The biggest move was from Tennessee, who defeated Kentucky to reclaim their number 2 spot they lost to Kentucky two weeks ago. Villanova also jumped back to 4th while Auburn (6th), Utah State (7th), Indiana (9th) and Kansas State (10th) completed the new additions to the top 10.

Georgia are the most surprising addition to the top 25 who move into 16th despite an 11 and 18 record after defeating Florida. Western Kentucky, Xavier, Toledo, Texas, and UCF round out the rest of the new comers.
