2018 NFL Power Rankings: Week Thirteen
2018 NFL Power Rankings: Week Thirteen
Our power rankings are simple, to be the man you gotta beat the man. It is based solely on the week's results. If you beat a higher ranked team, you swap positions regardless of records or other outcomes.
Last week the NFC East was near the bottom of the rankings, this week the Cowboys and the Giants jump to the top five. The Cowboys pulled off one of the most impressive defensive performances in years by holding the high powered Saints to just 10 points in a 13-10 victory. The Giants took advantage of Chicago's quarterback situation on route to an overtime win.

This next week will have a huge say in who makes the playoffs. The NFC East is essentially up for grabs in the Saints v. Cowboys matchup. However, the two best games take place in the midwest. The league's best defense goes against the best offense as Baltimore travels to Kansas City, and the number 4 defense faces the number 2 offense with the Bears and the Rams meeting up in Chicago. Look for the Ravens and the Rams to take these matchups.
