2019 College Basketball Rankings: Week 3
Here at the ICT Zone our rankings are molded after Ric Flair's famous quote, "to be the man, you gotta beat the man." The week's ranking are based solely on the week's results so if a lower ranked team defeats a higher ranked team, the two teams automatically swap rankings.

Well, well, we have a new number 1 team in the country and they are the Evansville Purple Aces after their shocking upset of the Kentucky Wildcats in Kentucky. Evansville finished last season with a record of 11-21, but hey its a new season and rules are rules. The other surprising addition was East Tennessee State at number 20 after defeating Winthrop, who had defeated previous #20, Saint Mary's University earlier in the week.
This college basketball season already looks like it will be filled with surprising upsets week after week. We can only hope so.
Tune in next week to see our the college basketball week shakes our rankings.
