2019 CFB Upset Picks and Rankings: Week 10
Week nine of our CFB rankings and Upset Picks. Our criteria is very simple, to be the man you gotta beat the man, if a lower ranked team beats a higher ranked team, then the two teams automatically swap spots regardless of prior results.

The Upset on everyones mind and rightfully so was Kansas State's upset of Oklahoma. That upset means Kansas State jumps to number 4 in our rankings. The other big movers were Tennessee and TCU jumping into the top 10 from previously unranked positions. College football is finally starting to heat up.
Last week, we gave you three upset picks and we got one right with TCU taking down Texas. This week we have three more upset picks. Kansas over Kansas State. This is one of the more heated and underrated rivalries in college sports and as we know with rivalries anything can happen. Kansas has been very close to a few upsets this year and they finally get one this week. On paper this does not make sense, Cincinnati is 17th in the country while East Carolina is 3 and 5 coming off three straight losses. This is exactly the type of game teams tend to lose. East Carolina over Cincinnati. We've picked against Oregon what feels like all season but the truth is they are just not a very good team. USC over Oregon. They will lose again and what better than a game where their opponent is 4 and 0 at home.
