2020-21 ICT Zone College Basketball Rankings Week 10
Here at the ICT Zone, we rely on a satirical and unconventional ranking system. No analysis, no subjectivity, if a lower-ranked team defeats a higher-ranked team, then the two teams automatically switch rankings. After all, you're only as good as your last game.

This week had quite a few movers but only 4 new comers. Those new comers are Rutgers, Memphis, Syracuse, and James Madison (note to self, it is not Billy Madison, NOT Billy Madison). Other than that the Big 10 continues to dominate our rankings, followed by the Big 12.
