2020-21 ICT Zone College Basketball Rankings Week 4
Here at the ICT Zone, we rely on a satirical and unconventional ranking system. No analysis, no subjectivity, if a lower-ranked team defeats a higher-ranked team, then the two teams automatically switch rankings. After all, you're only as good as your last game.

This week saw 10 total movements in the rankings, with the newcomers been Penn State, Wisconsin, and Penn State. There are still no surprising additions to our Top 25, but that might change soon as teams start playing the games that were postponed.
