The U.S. Soccer Federation released its analysis of men's and women's Division I college soccer last week. Their main argument is clear from the report's title: "Ensuring College Soccer Thrives in the Modern Era of College Athletics and the Changing U.S. Soccer Landscape."
2019 College Basketball Rankings: Week 7
Here at the ICT Zone our rankings are molded after Ric Flair's famous quote, "to be the man, you gotta beat the man." The week's ranking are solely on the week's results so if a lower ranked team defeats a higher ranked team, the two teams automatically swap rankings.

Last week was full of surprises and this week had even more. Multiple top ranked teams fell and that definitely affected our rankings. Penn State slides into third, while Texas Tech and Rutgers also join at 5 and 6. Alabama slid down four spots but are still lucky to remain in the top 10 despite a 4 and 5 record. Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Wofford and NC State round out the rest of our new comers in the top 25.
Conference basketball is here, which means more upsets than ever. It'll be interesting to see what conference produces the ICT Zone National Champion.
